Job Description:
Crippen GMC Mazda Volvo has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and high-volume service department. Representing three major franchises and servicing all makes and models, Crippen offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment for driven, customer-focused professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, listening attentively to their vehicle service concerns.

• Write detailed and accurate repair orders, relaying customer issues to the service team.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provide estimates and schedule service appointments via phone or in person.

• Recommend and sell required and recommended service work.

• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of service performed, recommendations made and declined repairs.

• Foster strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.

• Work closely with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely service completion.

• Prepare, assign, and document service loaner vehicles appropriately.

• Ensure warranty work is properly documented and submitted.

• Keep work area clean, organized, and professional.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer proficiency and phone handling skills.

• Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive attitude.

• Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will teach you how to thrive in our low-pressure sales environment, where our customer's needs come first.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Showing our clients a level of professionalism and customer care that exceeds their expectations

• Building rapport with clients that results in a lifetime relationship

• Learn about and become an expert on your products and relay your knowledge to our clients through a professional product presentation.

• Answering customer's questions and conveying vital information honestly and clearly to overcome the clients concerns and objections

• Consistent follow up with clients; both before and after the sale

• Consulting with management and senior staff to create a plan for your success and following thru.

• Operating with honesty and integrity

Qualifications and Skills:

• A professional and well-kept appearance and manner

• A minimum of 1 to 2 continuous years of customer service experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills (email, internet, word processing) with the ability to learn how to accurately maintain computerized records and database information.

• Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions

• Valid driver's license with a clean history

-Experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is helpful but not required. We will train you.
