My husband and I just recently purchased a 2007 S80 Volvo from Al Travis. We had a totally wonderful buying experience. Al is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and helpful with all our requests. I found the perfect car for me on the internet; it was very helpful to be able to see so many pictures of the S80. I knew it was the car for me. We didn't even bother to test drive it! We just took it home!

Tom in Volvo service is amazing! Probably the best thing that happened at Crippen was hiring him and no - I'm not related. He is just flat out very good at what he does!

I must admit that you man behind the service desk, Tom Fasnaugh, in the Volvo Department stands tall as he gives every customer the time and the expertise initially as he/she comes for services.
